The contact form collects your name, the name of your property, your email address, your message and, where applicable, the advertising campaign that brought you to the site (UTM parameters). This information is used only to respond to your request and for any resulting business follow-up. It is never sold or passed on.

It is sent by email to the ChatGenius team at Scandola SA and stored in Switzerland for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

The site uses no audience measurement tools and no advertising cookies. A technical session cookie secures the contact form; it is deleted when you close your browser.
